Age Requirements: Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license for minimum 1 year.

License: Valid driver's license from Malaysia or International Driving Permit is required.

Identification: Government-issued photo ID (IC/Passport) required for verification.

Credit Card: Valid credit card in the driver's name for security deposit.

Reservations: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Security Deposit: A security deposit will be held on your credit card during the rental period.

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time. Late cancellations may incur fees.

Authorized Drivers: Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Geographic Limits: Vehicles may only be driven within Malaysia unless prior approval is obtained.

Prohibited Uses: Racing, off-road driving, commercial use, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Smoking: All vehicles are non-smoking. Additional cleaning fees apply for violations.

Basic Coverage: All rentals include basic insurance coverage as required by Malaysian law.

Additional Coverage: Comprehensive and collision damage waiver options are available.

Deductible: Renter is responsible for deductible amount in case of damage or theft.

Personal Items: KL Car Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

Personal Items: Kul Cars Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

Fuel Policy: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup or refueling charges apply.

Condition: Vehicle must be returned in the same condition, normal wear excepted.

Late Returns: Additional daily charges apply for late returns beyond the grace period.

After Hours: After-hours returns available at designated locations with prior arrangement.

Cleaning Fee: RM100 for excessive cleaning required due to smoking, pets, or spills.

Traffic Violations: All fines and penalties plus RM50 administrative fee charged to renter.

Key Replacement: RM200 fee for lost keys plus towing costs if applicable.

Additional Driver: RM30 per day for each additional authorized driver.
